Bryan was a scholarship Division I baseball player and has 20 years of experience in the personal training industry. He owns BC Strength Training in Washington, DC where he trains a wide range of clients from those just coming off of physical therapy or surgery to previous athletes.

Meet Kylie Fagnano,

MS, RDN, LDN, IFNCP, CLT

Kylie is an Integrative and Functional Registered Dietitian. She owns a private practice, Strata Nutrition, where she works primarily with digestive health and autoimmune diseases. Empowering her clients, giving them confidence, and helping them feel completely certain when navigating the food system is what lights her up!
